17 Rolfe Rd. Jonathan Skillings
Proposes to install a sewer connection to his home and repave the driveway which crosses a wetland system and culvert.

7:05            Notice of Intent (continuation)
24 Hager St. - Lourival Santos
Proposes to make improvements to the barn, existing stone walls, gates, fences, sheds and landscape features and trees, within the buffer zone and Riverfront Area of Hop Brook

7:10            Request for Determination of Applicability (continuation)
621 Sudbury St. Proposes to install a 12 x 16 concrete pad for an 8 x 10 self contained safety storage container.  Work is proposed 20 ft. from the adjacent wetland.

7:30            Notice of Intent (continuation)
The City of Marlborough DPW – 860 Boston Post Rd. and 82 Country Lane Proposes to upgrade the existing Easterly Wastewater Treatment Facility to meet new NPDES permit requirements at 860 Boston Post Rd. (location-next to the brook).   In addition the outdated Country Lane sewage pump station at 82 Country Lane will be updated and replaced.  This is located next to Mowry Brook.
